New function to Windows 8 in CSS

We have found that the default behavior is not set up for browsing through touch in Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 8 devices.

You only need one line of code to add the CSS property -ms-touch-action, for instance:

canvas { -ms-touch-action: double-tap-zoom; }
